Q) Why do we not have prices on our web site?

A) Westermans do not advertise prices on their equipment as they offer customized packages depending on what the customer requires.
Machines can be sold ran and tested, fully refurbished and supplied with extensive warranty and training packages. Please call or email with your requirements and we will be happy to give you a competitive quote.

Q)What is not included in my price?

A) All quotations given by Westermans are exclusive of VAT and carriage charges.

Q) Do we import or export?

A) Westermans export equipment to anywhere in the world, and are always looking to purchase equipment on a worldwide basis.

Q) Do we part exchange welding, cutting and positional equipment?

A) Westermans would consider part exchanging equipment as they are always looking to purchase welding, cutting and positional equipment. Please contact Westermans to find out how to turn surplus equipment into cash.

Q) How long will it take to despatch from the day of purchase?

A) Depending on the equipment purchased it may be despatched the same day, or it may take up to 2 weeks to complete all work.

Q) What are our payment terms?

A) Westermans operate on a pro forma system, full payment must be received before any work commences on an order. If you are paying by credit or debit card please note that there is a 2.5% surcharge for this service. Overseas payments to be made by TT Transfer only.
