The Model 207 is a 100/150 amp programmable GTAW power supply. It is designed to work with all AMI’s orbital fusion weld heads and is capable of welding tubing and thin wall pipe.
The full package consists of AMI 207 orbital welding power source, water cooler and a package with 9-7500, 9-2500, 9-1500 and 9-500 Weld Heads and accessories
The internal memory of the machine stores up to 100 different welding schedules for quick access.
The welds produced by the Model 207 meet or exceed the specifications required by diverse industries such as:
semiconductor, food, dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical, aerospace, renewable energy and nuclear
High integrity, sanitary welds are easily reproduced at the touch of a button
The Model 9 series of orbital weld heads are designed for fusion (TIG) welding of tube, pipe, fittings or other cylindrical components.
Available in nine sizes and three versions, they accommodate diameters from 3/32" (2.3 mm) to 7.5" (190.5 mm) OD, and wall thicknesses from 0.01" (0.25 mm) to 0.16" (4 mm).
Each weld head fits a wide range of tube sizes via easily replaced, size specific clamps.
These weld heads are compatible with all AMI Power Supplies.
The standard Model 9 incorporates a two-sided clamping mechanism to hold components being welded in line and concentric -

All used machines are serviced/refurbished to order, and lead times are dependant on current workload and machine type. The below can be used as a guide only, and is subject to change. If you have a deadline you need the equipment by, please contact us prior to ordering. We will always do what we can to try and work with your timescales where possible.
