During these difficult times we want to keep our customers and suppliers up to date with our company plans for the immediate future

I WANT TO VIEW A MACHINE
Our premises are now closed to visitors however, we will happily take a video or WhatsApp video call if you want to view a machine. Many photographs are available on our website or via email.

I WANT TO PLACE AN ORDER BUT HAVE NO FUNDS AT PRESENT
As our stock changes and many products are unique and bespoke, we are happy to accept a 10% deposit to secure your order during the Covid-19 restrictions. We will hold the price and product until you are in a position to pay the balance. Despatch will be on receipt of final payment.

WHAT ABOUT MY EXISTING ORDER? / I WANT TO PLACE A NEW ORDER
Through this difficult time, we will do our best to fulfil customer orders however, please be aware that due to the current situation, the supply of parts might be limited or delayed. But we do have over 500 machines in stock. For any urgent orders please use our contact page.

I WANT TO SELL EQUIPMENT TO YOU
We still want to buy equipment and can still do so by viewing equipment via photos and videos. Where there is a need to personally view, this obviously would need to wait until safe to do so. If a deal is agreed we could pay a deposit to hold until collection can be arranged.

DELIVERIES & COLLECTIONS
We are accepting deliveries however social distancing needs to be carried out by all drivers. No documents will be signed for by the driver or goods in person however, they will need to make a note on their own paperwork as a record i.e. date, time, delivery driver name/person accepting, transport registration number and goods received. This would also apply to despatched goods.

REPAIRS
Due to limited staff we will not be accepting any new repairs for the next few weeks. We will be happy to assist with your repairs on return to normal working. If it is a machine still covered by our warranty please contact us to discuss a solution. You can always send in your fault description by email. It may be simple to fix.

PART EXCHANGE
We are happy to discuss part exchanges and can even agree to a deal that suits both parties if the equipment is right. Videos and photos are a great way to see the equipment. Deliveries and collections etc. will be determined by the current situation.
