- This plasma welder manipulator setup was last used to manufacture dairy processing tanks in stainless steel
- It consists of a CB-MATIC SM 42X43 Nertamatic 450P/T Rotamatic/Seam-matic and has a Lincoln Electric DC2 Control unit
- Fitted with plasma welding torches Mec 4 tig and sp7 plasma torch
- Welding length when using rail 9.5m with motorised carriage
- Manual 360 degree rotational base
- Upgraded by Lincoln Electric in 2020 with with all new Lincoln electrical system and drives with Nertamatic 450 and Lincoln DC2 Control at over a cost of 70,000 GBP
- Capable with the Nertamatic 450 plus plasma/tig power source for keyhole welding when using SP7 torch
- Lincoln Cold wire feed with a camera system
- Welding rotators for up to 3m diameter. Rotators fitted with idler wheels to these can be moved wider when required these fitted to 40 x 80 box section (not supplied) for dished ends
- Seam welder 3m can be used in conjunction with column using travel motion for welding seams. Can be used for both vessels and flat sheet
- Both rotators and seam welder can be control via the Lincoln DC2 Controls
