A plug and play, ProArc 600mm longitudinal welding system for straight-line welding along the seam of cylindrical, conical and rectangular workpieces.
Ideal for longitudinal external welding of vessels, exhausts, vacuum components, filter elements, water tanks, metal hose, HVAC duct. chemical tanks and precision bellows.
Industries include food, brewery, water and utilities, ventilation, chemical processing, pharmaceutical, energy and semi-conductor.
It provides 100% penetration, single pass weld on untacked cylinders and flat sheets without heat distortion to the material.
The new seam welders are designed for automatic straight line welding of all weldable metals of thickness from 0.1mm to 10mm.
Fully digital control with PLC and HMI, providing an intuitive graphical interface, presenting clear data.
Minimum workpiece diameters from 67mm to maximum of 850mm as standard, riser blocks available to increase diameter on request.
Can be offered with TIG, MIG or plasma welding systems as required.
