• This system is a longitudinal seam welding type equipment, that provides automatic welding process for flat-plate or round tank/vessel seam welding.
• Easy operation - anyone without weld experience can operate the machine after a short training. The system can be equipped with MIG / TIG / Plasma / Submerged Arc weld / Laser weld
• The work clamp adopts Keyboard design with air-bag. The combination provides average pressure on the work-pieces while welding
• Welding Side-Beam is equipped with double linear guide way for high load capacity, high reliability, and high welding performance repeatability.
• Side-Beam utilizes precision rack and pinion with servo driving motor to achieve stable speed and precision.
• Mandrel adopts special design backing-bar (it would be change according to different material or plate thickness).
• Standard seamer package includes raise and lower mandrel, air powered edge alignment device, mandrel spacer, pneumatic torch lift, automatic gas purge system,
• pneumatic mandrel clamping device, water cooled mandrel and cooling tank, automatic finger release, 2 x slide 50mm stroke
• We can supply seam welder only to fit your own welding equipment, or full packages with welding equipment.
• Auto loading travel cart also available for easy loading and unloading of the work piece
