Orbital Welding Equipment
SIP Industrial Products started back in the 1968, based in two small industrial units in Leicester, England. The business started by selling SIP cut industrial abrasives, and later circular metal cutting saws and metal saw blades to carefully selected distributors.
As the business grew, SIP Industrial Products saw a large gap in the electric ARC welding market and began sourcing these from Italy. This area proved extremely profitable for the company and allowed them to continue to prosper throughout the 1970s.
SIP Industrial Products keep a number of spot welders - both handheld and column - for high performance and heavy use. The Spotmatic units are professional and compact models, which offer versatility in all aspects, and are fitted with a heavy duty transformer. Features include a fully adjustable tip pressure for greater material and thickness versatility and a quick welding speed.
The 25KVA, on the other hand, is a large column machine, operated through pneumatic foot pedal control and powerful integrated electronic digital controller, which features a 5-step welding sequence. Adjustable tip pressure, variable arm speed, throat depth and electrode adjustment are standard.
