- ESAB LAF 1000 amp DC Arc Welding Rectifier
- Used in conjunction with ESAB PEH or ESAB PEI Process Controller which permits easy adjustment of all welding parameters
- The LAF series are remote controlled, three phase, fan-cooled welding power sources designed for high productivity mechanised Submerged or MIG/MAG arc welding
- The welding power source demonstrate good arc stability at both high and low arc voltages
- ESAB LAF Arc welder has excellent welding characteristics throughout the entire current and voltage range, with particularly good starting and re-ignition properties.
- This power source demonstrate good arc stability at both high and low arc voltages.
- The welding power source can be adjusted and monitored from the front panel of the process controller (PEH or PEI)
- The welding power sources are protected against overload by a thermal cut-out.
- Need more power? The welding current range can be extended by connecting two power sources in parallel.
- This machine is ideal for semi or automated welding in heavy-duty industrial environments:
- Welding wind tower structures, nuclear components, beams, bridge components, trailer beams, excavator components, and general fabrication applications.
