- The GYS NEOMIG-i 400 G is a three-phase, multi-process power source MIG welding package with separate wire feeder and trolley
- Its advanced digital technology and high 100% duty cycle at 400 amps ensure excellent arc characteristics for industrial MIG and MAG welding applications.
- The integrated synergies make set-up considerably easier, and reduce spatter during welding.
- When equipped with the WF35 wire feeder, the machine offers precise control of the welding parameters in order to deliver the best possible results
- The MIG welding system is multi process
- MIG/MAG:- steel and stainless steel wire: Ø 0.6 to 1.6mm- aluminium wire: Ø 0.8 to 1.6mm- CuSi and CuAl wire: Ø 0.8 to 1.6mm- cored wire (polarity reversal) : Ø 0.9 to 2.4mm MMA DC / Pulse: basic, rutile and cellulosic electrodes. TIG DC Lift / Pulse.
- Specific synergies for: Steel, AlMg, AlSi, CrNi, CuSi. After entering 3 pieces of data: Wire diameter, material/gas and thickness, the product automatically determines the optimal welding parameters. Full machine software and synergy updates available
- High duty cycle of 100% at 400A.
- Buy Tested and Serviced it includes NEW 4m air cooled MIG torch (or water cooled MIG torch if cooling is supplied), single stage 2 gauge regulator (UK sales only) and earth work lead.
