- The resistance spot welder manufactured by PEI (model BSP) features pneumatic control, and special lower arms can be supplied, as shown in the photo, for welding small diameters.
- Available in 15 kVA, 20 kVA, 25 kVA or 35 kVA configurations.
- Power rating: 15/20/25/kVA at 50%
- The BSP model uses BSP RF electro-pneumatic control and is built on a rugged steel frame
- It features water cooled electrode holders, electrodes, arms and transformer, with arms adjustable for depth
- The machine operates with synchronous SCR welding control and integrated safety thermostats.
- Maximum welding capacity on mild steel:
- 15kVA - 1.5 + 1.5mm
- 20kVA - 2.0 + 2.0mm
- 25kVA - 3.0 + 3.0mm
- 35kVA - 4.0 + 4.0mm
- Supplied with PX1800 digital controls or S2 analogue controls for basic operation.
- Applications include general fabrication, furniture making, appliance manufacturing, electrical instrument assembly and metal container fabrication.
