This equipment is available for delivery to United States
- Industrial spot welders with linear action suitable for spot and projection welding, including cross wire work with bar holders and weld nuts up to M10.
- Medium Frequency DC (MFDC) inverter spot welding power sources provide a significant improvement in performance, delivering strong welding output with much lower primary current demand. Save energy. Save money.
- Rated power: PF181 - 88 KVA at 50% duty cycle.
- Offering precise heat control and reduced spatter in thin sheet applications. Controlled current rise time and waveform management deliver noticeably improved weld consistency.
- The rigid top arm uses a cylinder acting directly on the top platen/electrode holder to ensure linear movement and fast response. The lower arm is height adjustable and can be fitted with a platen.
- Input: 3 phase, 32 A or 63 A supply, with the main transformer, arms and electrode holders fully water cooled for stable thermal performance during continuous operation.
- Useful depth of 430 mm with a lower steel frame arm. Electrode holders Ø 25 mm. Electrode force of 525 daN at 6 bar (available only with 430 mm useful depth)
- Electric foot switch and a safety two hand device are provided to initiate the welding cycle.
- Useful depths available:
- 530 mm (with arm holder and Ø 60 mm arm)
- 630 mm (with arm holder and Ø 60 mm arm)
- 730 mm (with arm holder and Ø 60 mm arm)
- 830 mm (with arm holder and Ø 60 mm arm)
- We recommend using a chiller with an 8.1 kW cooling capacity for the PF181.
- Applications include projection welding nuts and bolts to sheet in automotive and consumer goods, welding large bearings and crossbars in mechanical equipment, and metal doors, plates and panels in the construction industry.
Package Includes:
- 12 month warranty
