Polysoude TS 8/75 Tubesheet Open Weld Head with Orbital TIG welding machine. The TS 8/75 is designed for cold wire TIG orbital welding of tubes onto plate with or without filler metal.
The Polysoude P6 power supply has graphical interface, synergic mode auto-programming, program control by time or angular degrees calibrated in mm/min or inch/min
Comprehensive real-time welding data acquisition, error Diagnostic System, Automatic welding head recognition,
Closed loop regulation of torch rotation and wire speed, Built-in Arc Voltage Control (AVC) 6 AXIS
Particularly designed for high duty cycle applications, designed for flush, protruding and recessed tubes.
The TS 8/75 weld head is introduced and centred in the tube to be welded by means of a centring mandrel.
During welding, the head body remains stationary, the welding torch rotates around the tube.
Ideal for welding tubes with an inside diameter of 8mm up to an outside diameter of 75mm.
