- The 20 kVA resistance spot welder manufactured by PEI (model BSP) features pneumatic control and is built on a rugged steel frame.
- The machine includes water cooled electrode holders, electrodes, arms and transformer, with adjustable depth arms and synchronous SCR welding control supported by integrated safety thermostats.
- Special lower arms can be supplied, as shown in the photo, for welding small diameter components.
- The unit provides a maximum welding capacity of 3.0 + 3.0mm on mild steel and is equipped with PX1700 digital welding control.
- Applications include general fabrication, furniture production, appliance manufacturing, electrical instrument assembly and metal container fabrication.
