PEI PBP 35kVA Resistance Spot Welder with PX1700ECO Controls

This equipment is available for delivery to United States
- Resistance spot welder with rocker arm, manufactured by PEI (model PBP). Special lower arms can be supplied, as shown in the photo, for welding small diameters.
- Pneumatic operation, fitted with a solenoid valve and electric foot switch, with PX1700 ECO digital control.
- The water cooled brass arms are fitted with copper electrode holders with a B.S. taper, which are also fully water cooled.
- Standard arm length is 500mm, with 600mm or 800mm options also available. An adjustable height lower arm can also be supplied.
- Max welding capacity on mild steel with 500mm arms: 35kVA 3 + 3mm
- The water cooled transformers use an advanced, compact design to deliver maximum efficiency.
- Output is SCR controlled
- Basic PB models are also available, with foot pedal operation and either S2 analogue or the new PX1800 digital control for weld time and current. See Product 18883 for full details.
- Applications include production welding of thin sheet metal components for car body parts and general automotive work, electrical components, furniture manufacturing, aerospace and metal boxing/casing.
