PEI PB Resistance Spot Welder with Rocker Arm

This equipment is available for delivery to United States
- Resistance spot welder with rocker arm, manufactured by PEI (model PB). Special lower arms are available, as shown in the photos for working with small diameters.
- Foot pedal operated, with the option of S2 Analogue or PX1800 digital controls for setting weld time and current.
- The water cooled brass arms are fitted with copper electrode holders with a B.S. taper, which are also fully water cooled.
- Options available in 500mm, 600mm, or 800mm arm lengths. A height adjustable lower arm is also available.
- You can additionally choose the Item 5 lower arm design shown in the PDF, which allows all small diameters to be welded. This option is supplied as a pair of 45 × 800mm or 45 × 600mm water cooled straight head arms.
- Max welding capacity on mild steel with 500mm arms:
- 15kVA - 2 + 2mm
- 25kVA - 2.5 + 2.5mm
- 35kVA - 3 + 3mm
- 50kVA - 4 + 4mm
- The water cooled transformers use an advanced, compact design to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Output is SCR controlled
- PBP pneumatic models are also available for production welding. These are fitted with a solenoid valve and electric foot switch, with PX1800 digital controls supplied as standard. See Product 11615 for full details.
- Applications include welding thin sheet metal components for car body parts and general automotive work, electrical components, furniture manufacturing, aerospace and metal boxing/casing.
