- PTHP-MP – Pressure Actuated Tweezer Hand Piece – Moderate Power Pressure-Actuated Tweezer Hand Piece:
- The smallest console, the B3, is rated at 2.5kVA and is designed for portability.
- At a weight of only 20kg, with a single handle designed for easy lifting, it can easily be moved around the workshop.
- It will weld up to 0.5mm sheet and has a seal welding facility for quick spotting on thin sheets. It is generally used with the PG5M pliers gun or the PG2 single side gun.
- Precision timer gives weld times down to 0.5 cycle (1/100 second) and stepless heat control.
- These precision instruments are engineered for thin-gauge materials and delicate assemblies where heat control is critical.
- These units are specifically designed for applications where standard-sized electrodes are too cumbersome,
- PW’s poke welders are used all over the world in aircraft, nuclear power, electronics, and other general industries.
- Other options for hand tools include seam welding attachment for welding thin gauge sheet, the poke welders can be used for manual seam welding using a roll spot wheel.

If you have a deadline you need the equipment by, please contact us prior to ordering. We will always do what we can to try and work with your timescales where possible.
