- AS NEW an Axxair SAXX-201 SATFX orbital welding power supply fitted with SATFX-76 closed weld head for thin stainless steel tubes and pipes
- The closed SATFX welding head enables you to achieve high quality welds in a minimal space
- Orbital welding with a closed head is done by a simple fusion without additional wire feeding
- Consequently, these heads are recommended for welding thin tubes of many types of stainless steel with wall thicknesses of less than 3 mm.
- Model Weld Head SATFX-76: Capable of ø 6- ø 77 mm (0.25 - 3’’)
- These closed orbital welding heads are designed for orbital butt TIG welding of tubes, tubes-elbows, tube-ferrules, tubes-T, tubes-fittings and others in a fully inerted closed chamber
- This orbital welder is ideal for industrial sectors that require strict hygienic conditions, including aeronautics, semi-conductors, pharmaceuticals, and food and beverage processing
- The narrow width of the head makes it perfect for construction sites where only a small number of straight sections are needed, but it is also suitable for workshops and clean rooms
